Bahay Kubo

Nipa Hut

My nipa hut, even if it is small

The plants there are varied.

Turnips and eggplant winged beans and peanuts

String beans,edible pods, lima beans.

White melon, gourd, pumpkin and squash

And still there are more radish, mustard.

Onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger

All around are lush sesame seeds.
