Pinoy Jeepney

The Philippine jeepneys are models of the Filipino innovation on the United States Army combat vehicle.  The converted military vehicle became the Philippines most-used public transportation vehicle after World War II.

A typical jeepney would usually accomodate 20-30 cummuting passengers. In terms of appearance no jeepney is exactly the same.  Every single one has its own unique design and is usually a reflective of a common man's sentiments of the time.  Today, the jeepney is the most popular means of transportation in the Philippines and become the country's symbol of adaptation to global  influence and change.
